Perhaps a little hiking this weekend

Finding this link was like stumbling upon hidden treasure. Going to put this to some serious use.

Bidding adieu to summer

Yesterday morning I made the decision to go ride. Seven hours later, I had put 260+ miles on the bike and cruised through the following counties: Shawnee, Osage, Coffee, Lyon, Chase, Butler, Morris, Geary, Riley, and Wabaunsee.

Visited the Eisenhower State Park, was disappointed by Emporia (though, now have a much better understanding of why my friends left that town), screamed up the Scenic ByPass 177, took a moment to take in the Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve. All in all, toured the Flint Hills.

  

Bizarre

It’s very surreal to receive paperwork in the mail stating:

“United States of America

VS

Sidney A. Noble”
